We're back - with a redesigned blog!

Hello there -
After an absence, I am back - and have redesigned this blog. Hope you like the new format.

To the right, I have monthly newsletter articles on everything you might want to know about homes, from preparing your home for an FHA buyer (having things in good repair is critical) to staging and negotiating.

There will be fresh topics each month, interspersed with whatever beauty shots I happen to take on the lake ...and as you may be able to tell by my postings, that is one of my principal joys.

And as always, if you are looking for a home on or near this big beautiful lake of ours, it would be my pleasure to help you find a great deal. The deals of a lifetime are out there -and they are waiting for you!

See you on the lake,
Eloise

Amazing Log Home could be yours....

Kick back in a one-of-a-kind, Craftsman-style log ranch w/true waterview, set in an acre of woods. Genuine Old Hickory builder's model w/rocking chair porches & all the upgrades: granite, tile, knotty cherry cabinets, tung-oil finished hardwoods, stone fireplace, huge master walk in, big bonus w/bath over finished 3-car garage.

For your boat - LAKE ACCESS, day slips & boat storage at private Pebble Bay facilities.
Close to the new NC 16 for easy commute to Charlotte. Close to shopping & several great golf & tennis clubs. Call or email Eloise.

$475,900 - a great price, with great views of Lake Norman! And it's 20K BELOW appraised value.
Anyone who emails me from this blog, has me write up the offer to purchase, & successfully buys the house, gets $1000 in closing costs paid by me at the closing table. Make sure to tell me where you saw this home promoted, & ask me to be your agent. And the special offer is yours!

See you on the lake,
Eloise
